Meals (contact for pricing)
Nutrition is incredibly important during the postpartum period and while breastfeeding, especially. Nutrition, minerals and proper protein consumption postpartum directly influences the quality of breastmilk and helps your body from taking from itself to sustain the breastfeeding relationship.
All meals are inherently free of gluten and dairy. Organic ingredients are always prioritized. Both meals and snacks are customizable, if you have restrictions.
Please get in touch and we can talk about your specific needs and how long you are looking to have a doula. You can contact me at nextofkincare@gmail.com.

At the moment, I am exclusively taking clients for the postpartum period. Often times, your birth doula (if you have one) will visit 1-2 times after your birth. My hope to be able to fill that space afterwards for continued emotional and hands-on support once your baby arrives, as postpartum is a very vulnerable time where community is needed the most.

At the moment, I have limited availability of 1 client per month. Please inquire with me to see if your birth month is available.
